So we can find your video and fix things quickly, please send:

the email address of the Google account you sign in with;
which video it's about (the time you made it, or the reference shown on the error message);
what went wrong, in a sentence or two. A screenshot helps.

A video failed or looks wrong. A failed render is retried once automatically for free; if it fails again, the credits go back to your balance automatically. Failed renders and refused photos get their credits back automatically. If a finished video has a problem, email [email protected] and we’ll refund the credits that video used, in money, to your original payment method; if you’ve only used part of a pack, the credits you haven’t used are refunded in money too.
Credits and payments. Questions about a pack, a charge or your balance. Packs are one-time payments in US dollars through Stripe, and credits never expire.
Privacy. Uploaded photos are deleted automatically 30 days after upload. To delete your finished videos or your whole account sooner, email us from your account's address.
Rights concerns. If you believe a video made on AI Cash Money uses your image without permission, email us with the details and we'll review it.
