These Terms of Service apply to your use of the AI Cash Money website at https://aicashmoney.org ("AI Cash Money," "we," "us"). By using the site, you agree to them. Questions: [email protected].

The Service

AI Cash Money is an independent AI video tool that lets you make your own clip of the "AI Cash Money" trend from one photo. AI Cash Money is not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by ByteDance, any AI app, TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, or any creator whose clip is shown on the site.

The money shown in the videos is AI-generated. AI Cash Money makes joke videos; it does not give, pay out or win anyone real money.

Accounts and Eligibility

You sign in with a Google account. Each person may have one account, and you must be 18 or older to use AI Cash Money. You are responsible for your account and for everything done with it.

What You May Upload

• Only photos you own or have permission to use. If the photo shows another person, you need their permission to put them in a video.
• Only adults (18 or older) or pets.
• No celebrities, politicians or other public figures, and no minors.
• Nothing sexual, hateful or misleading.

You are responsible for what you upload and for what you share.

How You May Use Your Videos

• Your videos are for personal, non-commercial use, such as posting on your own social media accounts.
• Label your clip as AI-generated when you post it.
• Don't use a video to pass the money off as real, for example in scams, as fake proof of income, or to mislead anyone about your finances.
• Don't use a video to impersonate someone, harass anyone or infringe anyone's rights.

We may refuse a generation, or suspend or close an account, that breaks these rules.

AI Results

The routine is written as a prompt that the AI model follows, and results vary between renders. A video may not match your photo or the trend exactly, and the model sometimes keeps parts of your photo's background. Please check your video before you share it.

Credits, Payments and Refunds

Credits are sold in one-time packs, priced in US dollars and paid through Stripe (card, or Apple Pay on supported Apple devices):

• Single: $9.90 for 20 credits
• Trio: $19.90 for 60 credits
• Crew: $29.90 for 100 credits

A 6-second video uses 6 credits, a 10-second video 13 credits and a 15-second video 20 credits. Packs are not subscriptions, and credits never expire.

A failed render is retried once automatically for free; if it fails again, the credits go back to your balance automatically. Failed renders and refused photos get their credits back automatically. If a finished video has a problem, email [email protected] and we’ll refund the credits that video used, in money, to your original payment method; if you’ve only used part of a pack, the credits you haven’t used are refunded in money too.

Watermark

Videos made on AI Cash Money have no watermark.

Your Photos

You keep the rights you have in your photos. You allow us to store and process them only to make your videos. Uploaded photos are deleted automatically 30 days after upload, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Ending Your Use

You can stop using AI Cash Money at any time and ask us to delete your account by email. We may suspend or end access if you break these Terms or if we must for legal or security reasons.

The Service Is Provided "As Is"

AI Cash Money is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the site.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed, and continuing to use AI Cash Money after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
